Yay the first: The post via text message worked! :)
Power back on. Mr. Filth's internet works 'cause he scraped the snow off his dish. So I'm spending a little time in front of his computer before turning in. He's already gone up to bed, which is good considering he only got a few hours of sleep today.
Took some snow off part of the coop to avoid further damage. At least the wood part has withstood all the heavy winds, though it does leak. :(

With some luck, the snow on my dish will melt and I'll have my internet connection back tomorrow. We're expecting even more snow, so we'll see what happens.
Oh yeah... I absolutely LOVE making pinto beans in the pressure cooker. Using broth instead of water gives them a great flavor, too. :)
