I think either the President do a emergency cancellation on a who bunch of tax brakes (like the tax brake stock owners get).
Or do so in a class action suet based on the 14th amendment.
This would bring in enough money to keep the government running.
This will do less damage then shutting down the government.
This will also do less damage then defaulting on the debt in a few weeks.
