I don't think they do anything like that in particular, people seem to be seeing different things from their past or their worst nightmares. One or two seem to be having nice ones though.

Are you questioning your loyalty to Aizen and Orihime?

Exactly what I said. no matter what you choose, to be with her or to be with Aizen, it will only hurt you both in the end. It's better to just forget her and let some other Espada deal with her if you can.
