(no subject)
Today was great! I got a lot done before heading to work including placing an order for custom frames at Trade Winds in Bay View (I think I will use that place more often, they seem really nice!), buying some groceries, visiting the bank, and doing some work business stuff. Then, work went by really fast. I started typing up my lesson plans and got lots of new ideas. In no time, 4 o'clock rolled around and it was time to head to LaVarnway to do our Holiday card program with various age groups there. Usually dealing with a large group of rambunctious kids gives me a headache, but today I managed to overcome that. We spent little under three hours there and I already made some new friends (6 year old friends, of course). After work, I was greeted with my (hopefully) repaired digital SLR camera body. It looks cuter than what I remember..
I got another assignment from Milwaukee Magazine. I think this week begins my 3 months of overwhelming amount of work. Once this "semester" is over, I will be back to only working full-time and part-time. What will I do with myself then? haha. Perhaps Ill seek out another class to take to keep up my photography skills. With everything else going on in my life, I feel like I need a class or some sort of guidance to keep my on track with my art work because otherwise my free time will be spent sleeping.
