Bounce Bounce Bounce
So I get a phone call today while I'm at a show taking pictures and I was really confused because I didn't know who it was. Then I figured out that it was my brother, and then I was so confused because he never calls our cell phones, he always only calls the house. So he makes small talk for a while and I'm just like, way confused at why he's so giggly and why he's calling. And then... the reason... THEY'RE HAVING A BABY!!!!!!!!!!! How crazy is that! Apparently my dad like, fell over when they told him! And he hasn't told my mom yet! He was gunna wait until dinner to tell her. So it was way weird when my mom called at about 4:00 and she was saying how they finished all their meetings and they were going to dinner and stuff in a little bit. I was just thinking, oh man... if she only knew what she's about to hear! I'm bummed I wasn't able to see their reactions! It's exciting though, most of the people they had already called had been more shocked than excited, so me and Rachel giggled and screamed a little. That's the excitement for the day!
I also went to see Dakota's new house with her and her dad. It's cute and they're gunna be a little closer now. Yay for using less gas. And on the less exciting part of the day... it poured for the first miserable hour of the show today and it didn't help that I over slept by 2 hours! I ended up waking up 20 minutes before I was supposed to be there! And to make it even better, me, the judge and ring stewart feared for our lives standing in the middle of a bunch of insanely hyper and annoyed horses! We were all dumping rain off our hats and keeping watch for take offs and bucks, oh man... what an interesting morning.
Tomorrow = catch up on everything, ride a lot and relax, that sounds wonderful!
