Well I'm back from an incrediable trip. Where I was able to witness to other people about the glories of God but still reminding myself that I was just telling them but me as well. It was really good seeing all the audiences light up. The trip itself was very eventful:
Sunday June 19:
First day of tour baby! We performed 3 times. Then we stayed in Tallahasse at a church on the floor.
Monday June 20:
Packed up all of our stuff and spent the day at Wild Adventures theme and water park. We then drove to Valdosta, GA and spent the night there.
Tuesday June 21:
We performed a lot today where we ate and played games at FUMC, Valdosta. We then drove to Atlanta and spent the night there at a local church. In which there youth building looked like a muesum.
Wednesday June 22:
We had our final performance at a nursing home, in the course of this I learned how to assemble drums quite well. We then spent the day in Atlanta shopping and hanging out. Where we then ended the day with a Braves game.
Thursday June 23:
Drove to the Atlanta airport where we then flew to Chicago. EXCITING! Unfortunatly from there we drove 6 hours to Minnisota where we stayed at the Sleep Inn in the middle of nowhere.
Friday June 24:
We got up and drove an hour and a half to the Mall of America where we ended up spending close to 7 hours in. We ate at the Rainforest Cafe for dinner.
Saturday June 25:
This was another day of traveling. Drove 6 hours back to Chicago. We ate dinner at the Navy Pier on the shores of Lake Michigan. Then we went on a river boat tour with amazing fireworks that lit up the fog. Went back to a crapy hotel and went to bed.
Sunday June 26:
We woke up and sang 2 songs for a local church service. Then we went to the huge science muesum which had everything you could image. Then went to a really awesome show called the blue man show. It was absolutly hysterical. Unfortunatly then had to go back to the crummy hotel. It was really scary.
Monday June 27:
Got up and toured Chicago. Where we shopped in the big city. Afterwards we went to the IMAX presentation of Batman Begins. Didn't particularly like it much. Then we went to the Sears tower which is the tallest building in the world. So pretty the city at sunset. Then ate pizza and had the senior send off, really sad.
Tuesday June 28:
Got on a plane flew back to Atlanta, then drove home.
All in all this trip was more than I could ever image in all aspects.
