YAY for spring training! I went to my first game today since living in Arizona. It was great. It was so nice seeing the A's in person, for the first time in 10 months. That's the longest time I've not seen the A's in person in over 10 years. TEN YEARS. The weather today was so perfect. 74 and sunny. So beautiful. I went with Sarai and Yvonne, their first game. They loved it, they are going to go again with me tomorrow.
I went to the home game, against South Africa. It was odd, they wear the same colors as the A's. The first two innings, I was worried, the SA team was looking good. Then the A's broke out, running up the score to 13-1.
