Summer so close you could touch it.
What a lovely day. A nice smell of summer approaching. People in good moods around the city, eating out and watching the world from outisde cafes.
I know a lot of you hate the heat, but I embrace it and love it like a blanket I have lost over winter and feel happy being wrapped in once again. More hot weather please.
The only thing that chinked todays shiny armour was getting on the packed bus today to notice two things.
1.heavily pregnant lady stood up, moving her feet around indicating she is uncomfortable.
2.healthy lads and girls sat in seats less than a few inches away from the above lady.
Now many of you may disagree but I dont care, it angers me. I was brought up that unless you yourself are pregnant, disabled or elderly that you should offer your seat to such a person if there are non left. Its just good manners, and clearly the people on the bus had non.
Ok I am off my high horse now and back thinking what a nice day it was. If I had a Rich to come home to it would have been even better, but you cant have it all.
