New Year ahead

Well it's the time for resolutions: only making a few as they can be hard to keep but ones I hope will make my life better overall.

- excercise more - I won't say lose weight as some of me is currently wobbly and doesn't even feel like fat so the thought of trying to lose it is good but if I fail will be bad as I will go downhill in the self esteem ( Read more... )

Exactly, I'm not expecting exercise to get any easier after the kid is born at least not for a long while

Its harder with the baby as you can't run with them til they can sit up unaided and they have to be with you all the time.

If your breastfeeding exclusively it will be harder as you can't nip out to a class and let Karl watch the baby.

If you take him swimming one of you could sit in the baby pool while the other does a few laps

so mostly it'll be walking or walking... I'll try to express breast milk so that Karl can feed too, but will have to see how it goes

I have a couple of DVDs for pre/post-natal yoga and pilates, guessing they might come in handy

We haven't got a spare couple of hundred pounds to spend on posh prams

I don't think it's safe when they're really little anyway, certainly not off-road where they might be bumped around a lot
