Well it's the time for resolutions: only making a few as they can be hard to keep but ones I hope will make my life better overall.
- excercise more - I won't say lose weight as some of me is currently wobbly and doesn't even feel like fat so the thought of trying to lose it is good but if I fail will be bad as I will go downhill in the self esteem

If your breastfeeding exclusively it will be harder as you can't nip out to a class and let Karl watch the baby.
If you take him swimming one of you could sit in the baby pool while the other does a few laps

I have a couple of DVDs for pre/post-natal yoga and pilates, guessing they might come in handy
