Scooter and I fell over....
We fell over when a truck turned in front of us, he has a couple of scrapes, and i have a bump and a bruise. Thank goodness for leather gloves and bulky cold weather jackets. It could have been worse than a thumbnail size scrape on the front wheel hood and the break leaver. Me i have a giant bruise on my thigh (think about 4"X6" photograph size) and my hand stings from slapping the asphalt (yay gloves!).
now im going to take a hot bath and have a nap, scooter is tucked in for the night he also got a bath and is undercover for the evening.
We both had a bad day.
Decided to delete the first entry which was me adding on to this entry, here's the original response: addendum, apparently brother and his buick are having a bad day too. He was just hit by a diesel (lorrie for you brits ;)) he's ok, half his buick isn't like from the front passenger headlights to the back tail light it's all scraped up.
The Truck turned in to him so it wasn't a high speed accident. Like they both were turning left but the other driver was in the wrong lane and cut him off. and to make it worse, no warm bath for me tonight...for one flippin hour standing in cold windy weather...
never fun but i did take pics for the insurance stuff.
