Well, today was a good day as far as eating goes. I woke up this morning (early classes--0800) and I was dead tired. I didn't feel like going to school, but I did. I really wanted to just go back to bed though. :/ I was too pooped to exercise. I'm going to make it up this weekend though. And next week I'm going to add weights. I'm going to alternate days, I think. Maybe do weights on my long days and walk on my short ones so I can walk 2x /day on those days.

Lunch
· cheese & crackers-- 130
Which left me plenty o' cals for dinner...
Dinner
· chicken breast patty-- 220
· slice colby jack-- 70
· biscuit-- 180
· salad-- ~100
· serving of tots-- 150
Grand Total........1220, so, slightly over, but not too bad. And, I'm not hungry at all. I was full after dinner. No wonder, but still.
I plan to get up in the morning and go walk. I'm going to shoot for an hour. And then another hour tomorrow afternoon/evening.
