So I'm trying to update this thing more often, but we all know how that works. First, too much happens to document all of it. Second, I really SHOULDN'T document everything that happens, because then there's proof.
That aside, this weekend was pretty awesome. Cathy came up for my birthday, it was nice that she had the same weekend off from her crazy rowing schedule and she hasn't been to RIT since freshman year. Mostly we just lounged around. We went to the basketball game Saturday and went to dinner and then watched the second half of the game yesterday. We went to MacGregor's with Heise, Tomp, Jordan, Wendy, and Mike Brown (from my volleyball team). The place was dead and we went kinda late, so we all just had a drink or 2 and left, but it was fun when we were there. Wendy was happy because they were playing Gray's Anatomy on like every TV because it was on after the game and she almost didn't come because she wanted to see the show. It sucked having to get up at like 5 this morning to bring Cathy to the airport, but again, it was a good weekend.
Hopefully I'll be getting my MRI on my knee sometime this week and then I can start some aggressive rehab and be back to playing volleyball soon. My goal is to be back by after spring break, which I'm told is insane, but I can do it. I'm already walking with almost no pain, and only use my crutches because the doctor said I have to and Shannon yelled at me one time she caught me without them.
Oh and check out Pandora.com, it is some pretty good online radio thing that you get to pick what you want to start with and it bases what plays on your suggestions. You get a really good mix of pretty common music and some new, probably small, unsigned, artists.
