Well, it's done. My dissertation is 100% finished and handed in. How good it actually was will remain to be seen. I thought it was alright, could easily have written another 10,000 words on the topic (well, I say EASILY) so it felt a little cramped at times but I think that's normal. I'm now embarking upon revision-ey joy. My next exam isn't until 19th May, so I'm finding it a bit challenging to get back into work mode. Especially as the next exam is the dreaded Philosophy resit *vomits with fear*, which I didn't pass the first time (after a year of studying it), and they now expect me to pass after having not had lessons for a year. Right. Should go well then.
My exam timetable really is a bit screwy - one really early exam and then 3 weeks break, then 3 exams in 7 days. seems a bit mean. And I finish way after everyone else at UCL - 26th May is really late. Ah well, such is life.
I have started a new diet/exercise regime. I ACHE. I'm only allowed 1000 calories a day, and am spending an hour and a half in the gym everyday. It hurts. But it should be worth it (if it's not I will kill someone). And I'm now waiting for my crappy old mp3 player to charge up so I can go hurt my body some more. But said machine doesn't like my MAC, and being plugged into it's mains charger doesn't seem to agree with it. We shall see. I will probably be forced to be an iPod shuffle soon - gym without music is not fun. At least the shuffles aren't too pricey.
Ugh, back to Philosophy :(
