Oh, this is wonderful.

I always love to see fics whch suggest that Castiel has been there all along - watching Dean, making himself known in the minor miracles which allow Dean to escape otherwise certain death. And, this? You did a fabulous job with it.

Especially loved the bit about Cas being the one to nudge Dean back to Sam's apartment. I always wondered what compelled him to do that.
