Dinner and a Moving
Went to see a man about a dryer yesterday. Unfortunately, it was already sold, so we drove all the way out for nothing. It was frustrating.
Anyway, last night we had a simple tossed salad of swiss chard & boston lettuce, a little bit of ham, tomatoes, and peppers. I made a vinagrette (my first) of white wine vinegar and olive oil, with some seasons, shallots, and dijon mustard. It was good, if a little tart. Afterwards, I cleaned up my grill pans and coughed all night. :(
Tonight we're going to attempt a major move of some bookcases and (if everything goes right, some stuff in the studio.
UPDATE: Oh. Yeah. Ran the cleaning cycle of in the oven (which I should have done the first day I moved in, but I was waiting cause I knew I had some grills that needed cleaning too. My pizza stone broke. :( Time to head to home depot I guess.
