Last night I made broiled Salmon Fillet w/ Roasted Potatoes and a simple mixed green salad.
It was nummy.
I made a broiling pan by folding over some tin foil, and brushed the foil and fillet with a combination of vegetable oil and clarified butter. I then sprinked on a little Old Bay and shoved it under the fire.
About every 2 minutes, I would spin the fish and butter it again. I cooked for a total of 8 minutes or so.
It was delicious
