Mang. I'm bored.
I'm sitting here waiting for Bleach, and I wish I had some things to run in the background while I did stuff.
Specifically, I'd like a feature length documentary on animation. Not specifically on Anime, but if it was, I'd want a feature on Anime in Japan, not so much in America. I'm familiar enough with american Fandom, thankyouverymuch. But I'm not really looking for a look at fandom. I can get that by walking in the bathroom. I'd like to know more about the creators, how they work, what they're doing when they work, and to actually, you know, see them work.
Spirited Away has an awesome TV show on the making of Spirited Away that is almost exactly what I want.
Something else: I'd like to find out how a TV show that is popular with, you know, me, is thought of in Japan. That would be a neat avenue to explore. I don't know how that works in the anime magazines, because lets face it, anime magazines are basically one big long advertisement. I don't want to be sold on something, I want to know about it.
So that's what I'm thinking.
