A Frenchman, a Georgian and a German walk into a bar...

So, now we've got the complete set. George from Georgia arrived two days ago, on the day we had our orientation/introduction at EBS. And it was lucky I went home to grab my camera for the city tour planned to take place in the afternoon, because suddenly he was there ringing the doorbell. A day later than planned, visa trouble apparently. He had to meet the landlord, so he stayed at the apartment while I went back to school to join the tour of old Tallinn.

Now I know every bar (more on that later), club and church in the city. Did I mention that it's beautiful here? They took us to a spot up on a hill where you can see the whole old town. I'll post some pictures later. We also saw the pink parliament building...interesting choice of colour.

After the tour we got about two hour's rest, before everyone met up in Freedom Square (5 minutes from our place) to start the pub rally. I think I'll just post the list of tasks each group got, that should be pretty self-explanatory.

(you probably need to download the full resolution version)

They got us started with a Sangria (or similar)-drinking competition in the square. I didn't participate too much, which was probably a good idea. One Finn almost drank the whole bucket on his own, and let's just say he disappeared eventually. We also got balloons tied to our wrists that we had to protect throughout the night for points - and try to destroy the other team's ones.
I won't talk about the specific bars we went to because it's all a bit of a blur. Come to Tallinn and I'll show you ;).

Lots of fun, lots of weird drinks, and in the end we ended up at EAST again, which was still as cool as the last time we went. And I even managed to get my balloon through the night unscathed :D.
