I never make new year's resolutions cause I know I won't do them, but here I go:

1. Change the world...or maybe make a dent
2. Get into college
3. Find someone who can share my urge to run through the halls at school and who enjoys Tom Petty as much as I do (just got the wildflowers cd...score!)

1. What did you do in 2004 that you'd never done before? Stood up against the administration for something I believe in.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year? Obviously I just made some.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth? Ya, my cousin
4. Did anyone close to you die? No.
5. What countries did you visit? Africa (jk, but I wish)
6. What would you like to have in 2005 that you lacked in 2004? Buffy the Vampire Slayer seasons 1-7 :)
7. What dates from 2004 will remain etched upon your memory, and why? July 18-30 (Journalism camp...very good memories and very good friends) Street Scene cause I got to see the foo fighters in concert which was AWESOME...december 17th - Invisible Children documentary showing(we raised $4000 with our illegal bake sale, plus donations, plus t-shirt sales)
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? Standing up to the administration...passing the AP Calc test!
9. What was your biggest failure? not finding a boy
10. Did you suffer illness or injury? Nothing serious...but cancer is genetic, so maybe in a few years...
11. What was the best thing you bought? Tom petty and some other good cds including Duran Duran , the foo fighters, and modest mouse...also, the gas in my car, cause without that I couldn't go anywhere
12. Whose behavior merited celebration? My mom...I love her so much and she's so much stonger than I ever imagined
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed? Steven Wilson and his fucking lingerie parties for airband
14. Where did most of your money go? gas
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about? Journalism camp, passng my AP tests
16. What song will always remind you of 2004? That one by Hoobastank...I don't even remember it now, but I hated it
17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
a) happier or sadder?: probably sadder, but more hopeful
b) thinner or fatter? Fatter.
c) richer or poorer? Richer (cause I got a job) although my family is poorer
18. What do you wish you'd done more of? Sleep
19. What do you wish you'd done less of? college apps
20. How will you be spending Christmas? I already spent it...grandma's house
22. Did you fall in love in 2004? No.
23. How many one-night stands? Just that one night with curtis
24. What was your favourite TV program? Gilmore Girls, Alias, OC
25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year? no
26. What was the best book you read? Telling it All: A legal guide to the exercise of free speech
27. What was your greatest musical discovery? Curtis peoples, Tyler Hilton, Emerson, Electric Light Orchestra ("Mr. Blue Sky " which Jessica blasted every morning at camp), JASON WEBLEY!
28. What did you want and get? Freedom of the press...sort of
29. What did you want and not get? A boy.
30. What was your favourite film of this year? that came out this year? Napoleon Dynamite, Garden State, Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind
31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you? I turned 17, had a dance party, got a giant carrot, almost got shot by drug dealers while attempting to toilet paper Jeff Sudol's house and then successfully TPed Kyle Bruser's house, and watched Ellie moon a cute guy in the car next to us.
32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? Going to Club Fusion :) haha, still need to do that
33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2004? Um, I have no fashion concept
34. What kept you sane? Ellie
35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most? Curtis
36. What political issue stirred you the most? The Civil War in Africa
37. Who did you miss? Margalit, Scott and Eric in journalism...and Emily, but she was in other classes so it's all good.
38. Who was the best new person you met? Curtis? lol...Larry Himmel?...My neighbors(college boys that I finally met on halloween...too bad I was dressed like a gangsta softball player)
