Green Lantern was cranky. He was not in a very good mood. This was strange, because he had just had a visit from a friend.
"Stoopid El Dragon," he muttered. "Gotta be nice to him so he doesn't turn eeevil. Bad enough I have to ignore all his hints about wanting hot man-sex. As if! But nooooo, that's not enough. Soon as I get him out the door, I have to go around and fix all the small appliances his powers've broke!"
Hal shook his head as he flew around and reset the clock. It was an electric clock, one that draws power from an outlet in the wall, and therefore vulnerable to El Dragon's distress. It always amazed Green Lantern, after a visit from El Dragon, how many many things in his house were dependent upon electricity.
"Someday we gotta get that guy a boyfriend. For the good of the world!" he declared. "Maybe that nice Air Wave Jr. ...."
