Good Things
- I just watched four episodes of Firefly, all back to back. A plethora of space cowboys, you might say.
- I filled out my insurance application today. Yay for being one step closer to insured again! (I get booted off the current insurance on my birthday. Nice of them, eh?)
- I had Thai for dinner, and they brought it to my door. As I had to run downstairs to pick it up in my old apartment, I find this amazing.
-
bugamok is alive (and well?) in Baton Rouge.
- Wellesley has the best career counseling ever. Seriously, if the CWS wants babies? I'm on top of it.
Not Good Things
- God, health insurance is expensive. My potential monthly payments gave me heart palpitations. And I even have a high deductable! Christ.
- My mother ran into my ex's mother and they discussed my health issues, per the insurance stuff. My ex's mom: 'gosh, she has a lot of health problems for someone her age.' Thanks, mom, for sharing with the general population.
- Seriously, I have way too many health problems for someone my age. Do you think my body is still under warranty?
- The WSJ crossword puzzle is eating my soul. Four-letter word for "swelter," anyone?
