Hiatus and other stuff
So since my exam is over, I guess I should announce the hiatus that'll be following.
I'll be definitly gone from 23rd to 30th June, and I'm not sure wether I'll have much Internet access between 5th and 26th July. So it's possible that I'll be able to write a comment or two but it won't be much more than that. Rping won't be possible. :/
Anyway, since the unpleasant stuff is out of the way I can ramble about current muses I've been surpressing cause of the exams and that I'm now free to explore. :D
I've been thinking about creating another pup for DR, since my second hatesrainbows is kind of out because, asside of Ryuu there aren't any Dark Signers left in ygodressing. Maybe I'll throw him into the other DR once I'm back.
So my ideas for the new characters resulted in either AU or x-over charas:
C18!Aki (Crossed with DBZ duh): results from this insanity. Of course I'd have to try playing her but I think that chould be interesting.
Mirar!Jack (Crossed with Age of Five): I recently stumbled over the newest novel of Trudi Canavan, who is one of my favourite Authors and after reading it I was all like 'Oh this needs crossover' XD But since I had trouble getting into the univers, I started to spin it with my favourite series of hers which is the Age of 5-trilogy. Altough I'm still not totally sure how this would work out, but hey I have a month hiatus to figure it out. I think I'll make an entire post about how that x-over would work some other time.
AND I reeaaaallly want to do a Kiryu. Even though I always complain about him being damn hard to write I just feel inspired to try him. Two ideas:
Starshardsverse!Kiryu: So Kiryu from my own AU. Would be nice, since I already have a bit of a feel for him since I wrote a piece from his POV. And his reactions would be pretty interesting because he is all "And really I'm trying to kill you for your own sake, Yusei. We are destined enemies, fated to talk and duel us to death, and taking your life with my own hand is pretty much the only favor I can do you in this situation". XD Running into multiple Yuseis would be soooo much brainbreak for him.
Martyrverse!Kiryu: Basically the Kiryu belonging to Cetus' univers. Who would also get massive brainbreak from running into more than one Yusei XD I'd need more background info on him from what North figured for this AU, but currently this is just a kind of ideagathering anyway.
And fanfiction:
I'm terribly tempted to write the missing scene that happens somewhen between 60 and 61, in which Crow fetches Jack. Yeah, I definitly need to sit down tomorrow and write this; I haven't written ANYTHING in what feels like forever (I think it has been two weeks… like I said forever! stupid exams, I'm glad you are over)
And I need to pick up city!verse and Starshards up again. I have many ideas for fics for city!verse that would explore Yuseis relationship with the twins and/or Aki and how Fortune Cup would go in that verse and I thought a bit into DS-Arc… Gah so much that needs to be written (and I guesse I should come around finishing Horos bio, to avoid everybody who isn't me getting confused by his AU). I finished planning out the first arc of Starshards, but I have yet to wrtie even a word for the next chapter. This fact depresses me a bit.
I'm poking The robbed Light a bit, but there I'm still stuck with my problems with Kiryus POV, although he should be getting easier there, because up to now I always had this terrible GAH OOC-feeling when I looked at him, which got better after 55.
And I'm thinking about claiming 'General Series' for 5d's over in 50_darkfics, and see if I can actually get somethign written with promts. Or perhaps I'll just take the promtlist with me on vacation and see what I write with it and claim afterwards XD
