[Yuan is sick of hearing about New Feathers. He's sick of seeing people without wings. The chaos reigning in the village is something he really doesn't need right now. Honestly, he stopped listening to his journal after only an hour of this and he can't imagine things have died down by now

[The Neo-Queen can spot Yuan from a mile away, despite the fact that it's been centuries since she'd last seen him. It takes her a moment of wide-eyed staring before she can approach.]

[Everyone else in the Sailor Moon universe may be a retard, but there's no mistaking those buntails. And while Usagi looks older, her eyes haven't changed in all those years.]

[She adjusts the staff in her hands, finally smiling wide. She never thought she'd see any of these people again, even though for so long she was certain it was all just an odd dream.]

It's been awhile. [For her, at least. She can't tell how long it's been in Luceti since she left.]

That's... [He trails off, no clue how to even finish that sentence. It must've been a while for her.]

[moonaligned]

[That earns a bright laugh from her, and she touches her free hand to her chest; she's clearly touched and amused by his words.] Thank you, Yuan.

[there's a pause, and she gives him a sly smile before gesturing to the various people without wings that seem to be wreaking all sorts of havoc] And you look grumpy. [Or, perhaps, grumpier than usual] Anything to do with the influx of Not-New Feathers?

I can't deny it's part of the reason. [This is Usagi, after all. He can't bring himself to lie to her.]

[moonaligned]

[she lets out a quiet chuckle at his response] Why not hide out at home, and avoid them?
