I suppose I have a lot of those lately. Is something wrong?

I'm attempting to gather more information about what happens to Ratatosk in the future, and Sheena said you're the one to ask.

[Which he still doesn't understand, considering Raine's timeline, but he's not complaining. It was either her or that idiot Chosen.]

Me?

I only have what Regal and Genis have told me, to be honest.

[Genis, hm? If the kid was taken late enough, he may have told her what Yuan needs to know.]

Did either of them mention a method to seal Ratatosk away without harming Emil?

How much do you know about the situation?

... Shortly after the worlds were reunited, Ratatosk was awakened by that Richter fellow and a friend of his. They'd hoped he would use the power of the Centurions to do something about the climate changes. Ratatosk killed Richter's friend and, in return, Richter wounded him to the point where he was forced to retreat into his Core form. Later, Ratatosk rematerialized in the form of Emil and two different personalities were formed. Emil lacks Ratatosk's memories and fighting skills, but there's no doubt his existence is the same. Both personalities are part of the same Summon Spirit.

Being here, in this world... if what I've heard from Genis in the others is correct, is likely responsible for the way Ratatosk is right now. I understand that he was difficult, but he was also reasonable at times, or else they would never have worked together at all.

The way he is now, Ratatosk is a threat who needs to be dealt with. If we leave him to wander freely, he may gain more power until he's able to fully drown Emil out.

Both Ratatosk and Emil are in denial about their situation. The compromise will have to come from within themselves. You can't just 'seal' one away without affecting the other.

That isn't an answer I can live with. If both Emil and Ratatosk are unwilling to face each other and compromise, the situation will only grow worse. Some form of action needs to be taken before it's too late.

Then they'll have to be convinced. I just don't know who has any real influence on either them here. Unfortunately it isn't likely Ratatosk is going to feel any real connection to anyone who blatantly insists that they "prefer" Emil over him.

Of course not. Though I doubt Ratatosk is going to find anyone to connect to if he keeps up his hostile attitude.
