As far as I can tell, this experiment isn't too harmful.

Kratos, Albert, how are you two faring? If you're in need of company, just let me know. I wouldn't mind stopping by for a visit. In fact, that offer stands for anyone else who might be interested.

[These two? Should probably invest in some medication that keeps them off of the experiments. Zoisite had settled down to read a nice book on jewels (as well as several romance novels). This event has also effected him - that devious little streak in him has faded - but it's not enough to keep him from shifting away as he feels the other within the realm of his personal space bubble.]

... Yuan?

[Yuan is indeed standing behind the couch, peering over Zoisite's shoulder to see what his housemate is reading. Logical thoughts that this infiltration of the bubble might not go appreciated have been vanquished, along with the thoughts that Yuan himself wouldn't enjoy it either.]

Yes?

[Zoisite tilts his head back to look at the other, but simply shifts his gaze and focuses on the page again. Oh damn, he lost his place.]

What are you doing?

Am I not allowed to stand in my own living room?

I suppose you're entitled to that.

I meant what are you doing standing behind me?

... Hm.

[Zoisite has a point. He can't deny that one. Of course, Yuan's thoughtpattern, mildly affected by the experiment, sees that as an invitation to make himself more comfortable. Which is why he moves around the couch and takes a seat next to Zoisite instead.]

... Uh?

[You might notice Zoisite staring at you. He's more used to you stalking off to sulk or do whatever it is that you do when he's pushed your buttons.]

[You haven't pushed any buttons yet, silly. So instead of doing his sulking in a secluded corner, he'll be sulking right next to you. Isn't that nice?]

[Well... touche. But he's certainly not used to Yuan sitting next to him willingly in the middle of the day.]

... Yuan?

What?

[He's starting to wonder if he did something wrong recently. Though as much as he tries, he just can't seem to think of anything.]

Nothing.

[let's return to the book, that makes sense at least.]

[After a moment of watching Zoisite, he just closes his eyes and leans back. Yup, that's definitely comfortable.]

[... You know what, Zoisite's worried now. Actually. Worried. He's setting the book aside an going to check your temperature.]

[The second Zoisite's hand touches his forehead, his eyes snap open again. The action gave him a bit of a start, considering he wasn't expecting it, but he's not moving away either.]

What are you doing?

[Zoisite frowns, but after determining that Yuan isn't running a fever, he pulls back and plops back down.]

Making sure you aren't sick.

What makes you think I'd be sick?
