[Action]

[Since the past few days has been rough for Naoto, seeing as how she's been a fyulong, she's in a deep sleep on her bed.  Her short hair is splayed out on the pillow and her hat is somewhere on the floor.  Her uniform jacket is also not on her but is folded neatly at the foot of her bed.

Though it takes her a bit to come out of her deep ( Read more... )

Yeah.

[She's a bit grumpy about this revelation.]

[A new person but she doesn't sound too happy]

Has the experiment come to a close then?

Yeah it has. No strange creatures around from what I see.

[And she isn't human anymore. Sucks.]

I'm relieved to hear it's over. [At least that's how she feels about it] Did the Malnosso do this to us?

Yeah, they did. It happens usually once every month, sometimes every other month. I take this was your first experience with an experiment?

Yes, this was my first experience. I had no idea the Malnosso conducted such tests so frequently.

Yeah, they do it to 'collect data' but I have no idea how turning people in who knows what collects information that would be beneficial. There are no side effects after the test period is over at least and they rarely repeat the same experimentations twice.

I'm not quite sure how it would benefit them either, though there must be some reason behind it despite how ridiculous they seem.
[And a small silence passes as Naoto thinks to herself about this]

I wish I could be of more help, but I don't think anyone really knows why they do it. Maybe to test how people are built in different worlds physically? Could be out of plain sadism.

Either of those theories I do not doubt. Seeing as how the Malnosso have yet to give a reason for these random experiments, it would be best to not rule anything out.

That's true. I'm not much of a detective, so I tend to leave that work to the people who're a bit smarter than me. I doubt these experiments are going to stop soon.

I myself am a detective, though I have yet to reach my full potential. If they have been performing these experiments for a long time, I doubt they would stop as well.

They have said that they intend to return us home eventually, but it's been I think three or four years now since they began? It's been a while, even for standard tests.

Hm...testing on people for that long does seem rather abnormal.
