Hercule not being evolved did not seem to hinder him any, though it did cause Falkner-san to assume they were both under-leveled. I would presume it would only make a difference in the attacks they knew and certain stats, level being even.

I have found it useful in the few battles we practiced with. No one from this world is familiar with the terms in order to guess the meanings.

...though, the correspondence is not as exact as I'd like.
