In knitting news, I'm casting on for this:
February Beret. I'm using a gorgeous yarn that is 60% superwash merino, 20% silk, and 20% linen. It's a beautiful russet color. Lighter than my hair, but in the same color family. I don't know if it'll end up being my hat or not - I've never worn a hat like that - but it's so pretty that I'm sure I can give it to someone.
I'm 2/3 of the way down the leg of the bootsocks I'm working on for B. That's 9" of a 12" leg on each sock. I may have these done before June! :)
I need to cast on for the second of the Endpaper Mitts that I'm doing. The first one came out fine, but I'm avoiding that pesky caston for the second. Once I get it going, it'll be great.
I love knitting season!
