These past two weeks have been a blast. I have had such an amazing time in Europe, and I was sad to leave, but I guess school had to happen at some point (heehee). Anyway, London is an amazing city, and spending New Year's there rocked. I really love being able to drink. Not in the alcoholic way, but like having wine with a meal or a cider with friends. Mmmm...cider. I don't know why we don't have cider in the states. Anyway, London to Pisa (all we did there was see the leaning tower, then we took the train to Florence). Florence was a ton of fun, too, although the hostel owner--an elderly Italian man--took a strong liking to Julia...incidentally, he hated me. And, quite frankly, I think I am better off. But we walked to the top of Il Duomo, went to the Uffizzi, I went to the museum with the David (Julia had been before), partied, met sketchy guys, and just wandered around. It was a rocking good time. Bologna was really awesome, too. Tina is a really cool girl, and the city was fun. And the drinking was fun. Heehee. Furthermore, Vencie was sweet. So, in the smallest nutshell I could muster, that is my trip. Don't worry--there are pictures...I will probably put them online somewhere, but I don't know where. Definitly facebook, but maybe Yahoo! for those of you who do not have a facebook account.
Anyway, todays' travelling endeavors were nervewracking, but that is ok. I am alive and in San Diego (thank god). Going home tomorrow. Woo hoo!
