i fucking forgot how bad a mouth can feel, its been at LEAST 3 weeks since ive worn my retainer, and i put it in tonite and i felt like my mouth was going to bust in half... i cant believe how much this FUCKING HURTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i dont want my teeth to loose all the progress. i know 2 kids who had to get thier braces put back on cuz they didnt wear thier retainer.
