A bit of training (OTA)

Jun 01, 2010 23:58

Caleb had a towel slung over his shoulders. He was headed for the gym in the house. He'd already run several miles this morning. But it was hardly enough. When he stepped in the room he dropped the towel lightly on to a chair.

He didn't bother with shutting the door. His back story covered him with an extensive hand to hand combat training. It was one thing he'd demanded as Caleb did not want his skills to lessen without proper use. He stepped before the punching bag, arms bent. There is a slight bob and weave to his step.

Caleb throws a right hook, follows through with an uppercut. Then a left jab at the end of this the bag is already set to swinging. As his body curves one leg coming up to lash out and slam the calf into the bag.
