[Anyone passing by the clothing store might see a young boy kneeling in the shadows beside the building. He's already changed into a different outfit, which may make it a bit harder to determine he's a New Feather. He seems to be five, perhaps six years old. His legs are folded neatly underneath his body, obscured by the dress he's wearing, and his hands are clasped together in his lap.
He isn't moving. He just sits there, watching people as they pass. Who wants to approach him?]
