Heroes character opinions

A couple of times recently, I've mentioned that as part of my quest to figure out why the last four episodes of Heroes have left me cold, I was considering just writing up my opinions of the characters.  Several people said they'd like to read them (which did kind of make me question the sanity of my flist...).  At any rate, tonight I wrote about

I wanted to do the same thing. And now you have done it and I am afraid to read what you wrote, because I don't want to be influenced, but I know I have to! And you started with three characters I have strong feelings about, so yeah. Maybe it's not that big of a deal, because I was going to do it over the hiatus. Yes, this is what I am going with. Why am I even commenting here? I don't even know. Just to say that I am excited about reading what you have to say and that I, for one, am glad you did it. What that says for my sanity? Let's try not to think about that, shall we?

Well, I think we're all influencing each other at this point, anyway. As I say in my babbling about Peter, I initially thought Future!Peter rocked, but then someone was talking about him and pointed out that he didn't actually do anything, he just ran to Las Vegas and hid with Niki who petted him and soothed him, and didn't take action until Hiro showed up and prodded him into it. And then I went, "Wow, you're right--Future!Peter is an emo wimp, too."
