LAAAWPAC
My LMU observer invited me to a luncheon that was being held for the Los Angeles Association of African American Women Political Action Committee (LAAAWPAC...or something like that). It was pretty nice. I got free food, which included chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, bread & butter, iced tea, and cheesecake (of which I only ate the graham cracker crust :)). Yum, yum!
I also found out today that one of my friends from high school is getting married this summer!!! She called and asked me if I would be her Maid of Honor :) Happy times!
