Last Call For Author Approvals
This is the last call for authors to give their approval. We have made every effort to contact every nominee. A few have not gotten back to us or have been unreachable due to having to message them through a website or having a bouncing email address. In every case, we have made every possible effort to make contact. We will not take any other author confirmations after 9 PM EST on 9/4. Voting is opening 9/5 - it's not fair to make everyone wait and as it is we've had a delay due to a death in the family.
Any authors who accept after the cut off point will be moved to the next round in any fandom we plan to include in the future. In the case of a fandom that their fate is uncertain or will not be included in future rounds, the judges and mods will evalute those pieces on an individual basis and decide if they merit a special late award. Most authors have been successfully contacted :-)
Voting will run from 9/5 - 10/13.
