[When the Sphere cuts on, Kadaj can be heard though not seen, tearing through his room, completely apathetic to the dangerous state of his surroundings.]

[He begins to reach for Souba, but stops, his head jerking up and looking around. Darkness serves no discomfort to him, and he starts to walk off and look for a way out.]
