What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Gosh, anything. Unless your character has REALLY good reason to do so, don't go poking about the Dios thing, but pretty much everything else from doing his mother-in-law to being fictional he will laugh off and then rape you for later. Did I say rape? Hahaha, that's not what I meant at all!
Abilities: I... I don't even know. The show is very unclear on what Akio can do/what is doing itself/what is an illusion. It could easily be argued that outside of Ohtori he wouldn't have any powers at all. But I'm not gunna play it that way because it wouldn't be any fun! As for the abilities that I can pin down uh. An uncanny insight into peoples hopes/fear/pent up sexual frustration, probably a lil' bit of brainwashing, control over the weird shit that happens in the dueling arena, and the ability to turn into a galaxy while doing his sister. That kind of thing!
Notes for the Psychics: Hahaha, UH. Gosh, I don't know exactly what would be going on in his mind because he's so far from... being an actual person. I'm going to say that if you tried to psychic into his mind, you would have the distinct sensation of a red sports car careening towards you at 120 miles per hour with no signs of stopping unless you get the fuck out of his head. :)
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: maybe,no,why would you do that :(,no
Maim/Murder/Death: It's probably not possible and I'll be avoiding situations where it would come up anyway!
Cooking: But of course. He loves his sister's cooking most of all.
Kissing/Hugging: If you are a woman, then yes, always. He is not above the occasional manly hug, though.
