i slept a full eight hours last night and woke up without a big mess. when i peed, i bled a lot into the toilet. i thought maybe it was all over until i started cramping terribly about thirty minutes after i got out of bed. so i took another pain pill and felt much better ( Read more... )

I'm sorry you're feeling crappy. Hugs and hugs and hugs for you. Dr. Victimice says you could possibly try stretching some--it helps most of the time. Other than that, heating pad, hot bath, massaging over your uterus... general menstrual relief stuff. And eat something that isn't junk--like half a sandwich or more, if you can manage it. You'll be ready for the enchiladas in no time.

yeah when i eat fruit and drink water i feel fantasic. and it tastes amazing. i'm not having a problem eating at all like i was before, it's just a matter of indulging in my terrible cravings. :) i know that stretching and yoga would work too but i'm just really really lazy.

as far as a bath, i'm not supposed to submerge myself in any water until i have the ultrasound because i might get an infection. the clinic manager admitted that they're definitely taking a conservative approach when they give advice (like i read you can wear tampons after three days but they said no way) but it's because they don't want any complications at all. and i definitely agree.

alternatively i found that even standing in the shower helps. it's kind of like a massage and a heat pad (and a rinse!) all in one.

according to my drug addict of a brain, the pain pills are where it's at. the cramping and everything should be over soon so i'll start conserving them probably after the next one.

mmm... conservation...

Hang in there.
I've been reading for a while but keeping shush.
Just know that you have my full support and I think you're very brave to be going through this.
I send my hugs and if there was a way to smoosh a heating pad through my monitor to you, I'd do it. ♥

You'll come through it - I just hope it doesn't get any worse. I've been reading (almost) since the beginning and I find the whole process interesting. I think everyone should read this journal to see what an individual goes through.
