Ok, first of all, it could be any of that, it could be something else, it could be nothing.
I know a woman who had a *ruptured* ectopic in June 2002, culminating in emergency surgery to remove both the ectopic *and* the tube it was implanted in. She's been pregnant THREE TIMES since then, and no, I do not have my dates wrong. I took her to the hospital. ;)
Second, even if you have a "normal" miscarriage, oh holy criminey, women have miscarriages all the freaking time. Some estimates range up to sixty-five percent of all pregnancies. Clearly, 65% of the women in the world are NOT infertile. Hell, women have miscarriages all the damned time and don't even GO to the doctor (note that I'm not suggesting this as a good idea for you)....goodness, some women don't even know they're MISCARRYING.
Yeesh.
My grandmother had four miscarriages and 8 live children. She had four of those children after her *last* miscarriage.
Given that you had unprotected sex, and given that a LOT of STDs are non-symptomatic, I'd be a little more concerned about an infection personally, or you know, it could just be "not a big deal".
If you are miscarrying, er, well...you know, it might be an "easy way out" for you to tell your parents. You could claim you didn't know you were pregnant, and could claim the condom broke, or something, I dunno.
