they have this great love story and their relationship is super hot and they're totally special and meant-to-be in their togetherness, whereas everyone else is just like "oh jesus, with these losers
they're the kind of couple that occasionally has to be reminded that life exists outside of the context of one another
and that it'd be more bearable if they weren't so unintentionally smug about it
I like to think Stan is unintentionally smug, like he doesn't get that other people don't automatically recognize the goodness and purity of his relationship with Kyle, maybe they don't relate to the S/K machine so well. Kyle is most certainly smug on purpose.
Kyle's making up for the perceived wrongs of his youth. "I had to deal with idiots so I deserve this kind of weird boyfriend who is basically my slave. People need to know this shit."
yeah, i think it would excite and satisfy him on a fundamental sort of subconscious base level that his true love forever and ever soulmate is so into him that he isn't sure if he could breathe without him
I actually had something like this written out re: Stan spoiling Kyle and deleted it, heh, Kyle seems to deserve it somehow, based on past suffering. Obviously Kyle feels that way, but I guess I do, too, since I enjoy writing/reading it so much...
Yes, guh, I'm still in love with that idea of Craig being ~invited~ to a threesome and then just snarling and backing away slowly when he sees how pedestrian they are or something. Craig has fucked guys in NEW YORK, OK.
This reminds me that my head canon for Craig is that he leaves SP and goes somewhere he deems impressive after high school but ends up back in SP acting like a superior douche anyway. And entering into threesome situations but leaving in disgust five minutes in, etc. Oh Craig
I'm actually way more interested in Liane, Mr. Tenorman and Scott Tenorman than I let on. Mostly Liane, though, and I'm pretty into her relationship with Cartman. Not into the idea of him teaching her how to type, ugh, I always want Cartman to be in the submissive position in every relationship, secretly, so him "teaching" Liane anything grosses me out, but yeah it's something worth thinking about. Perhaps in a CERTAIN SEQUEL
craig is massively pretentious and his greatest fears involve being stuck in south park and having his "soul" forever stunted with either tweek or clyde as the pitiful consolation prize
he refuses to acknowledge how his very essence and psyche is a total cliche
Now I'm actually thinking about writing this Craig story, though I'm also thinking about hating myself forever and like, never writing fan fic again. So, the usual.
Your headcanon for Craig more or less sounds like what you wrote about him doing in your mpreg epic.
To be fair, the thing about him teaching her how to type, as I remember it, was more about him being pathetically desperate to retrain the status quo in his life, i.e. he wanted to keep being a lazy shit and having her be his mommy. Which I think is kind of brilliant and pathetic at once.
