Character info
Series/Fandom: Marvel Movies
Character's Name: THOR ODINSON, aka Donald Blake lol
Character's Sex: MALE
Character's Age: MANY THOUSANDS OF YEARS OLD
Canon point: MID-FILM. After drinking Dr. Selvig under several tables.
Abilities: GOD OF THUNDER/LIGHTNING IMMUNITY/THUNDER THUNDER THUNDER GOD: THOR IS THE GOD OF THUNDER! HE CAN CONTROL THE LIGHTNING, AND THE WIND, AND THE STORMY SKIES! LIGHTNING IS HIS TO COMMAND, AND HIS TO CALL! LISTEN TO THE RUMBLE IN THE DISTANCE, AND YOU SHALL KNOW, IT IS HE!!! HE SHALL LIVE FOREVER Currently stripped of his power and immortality.

MJOLINIR: THE MIGHTY HAMMER FORGED IN THE CORE OF A DYING STAR! STRONGER EVEN THAN THE STRONGEST METAL! SEE PERMISSIONS AND INFORMATION BELOW! Currently unable to wield Mjolnir.

Weapon/martial mastery: Given his incredibly long life, Thor is a master of fighting due to his countless war experiences, and in weaponry, particularly in swords, axes, and most of all hammers.

Strengths: Asgardian physiology: Despite his current mortality, Thor's body still maintains several advantages that he would have had as a god. He is still immune to most mortal sicknesses, poisons, and toxins. He is also able to drink achohol and not get drunk, doesn't get exhausted as easily, and doesn't require as much sleep as a normal human. He also maintains a denser tissue structure than most humans, making him weigh more and making him more difficult to seriously injure than an average human (i.e. getting hit by a large car several times only knocked him around a bit).

Strength: Even without his godlike strength (because lets face it, a million ton minimum and smashing suns in his fist is a bit much) Thor is incredibly strong for a human. He can easily carry several humans without tiring and fight off an entire legion of well-trained warriors with just his strength alone.

Experience: Thor is a fighter. Quite literally one of the best fighters in his universe. He has gone through countless battles and missions. As Agent Coulson noted, he was able to make SHIELD agents look like "part-time mall cops", and that such prowess was extremely valuable to whoever had him on their side.

Weaknesses: Brains: Thor isn't exactly the smartest person in Asgard. He really isn't. He tends to prefer brawn over brains most of the time, or, when presented with a difficult situation, tends to jump to the simplest conclusion he can think of. Which, in battle, has gotten him into a lot of trouble.

Easily Duped: Thor tends to trust people a little too easily and takes and makes promises and oaths at face value. Unless they are very obviously evil, i.e. He won't insta-trust someone like Hades who is very clearly evil. He's also easily duped, especially as if he considers the duper a friend, or if they are family, and very rarely thinks anyone like that would betray him or lie to him. Like Loki. Loki's his brother and has never done anything to deceive or hurt him, as anyone who's seen the movie knows! Only...yeah, he did.

Electricity: Irony of ironies, Thor is susceptible to electricity in this form. You can actually taser/electrocute him in mortal form.

Drugs: Certain mortal-made drugs, like tranquilizers, can affect Thor. We don't know why, but they can.

Magic: As a god Thor couldn't see through certain deceptive magics and illusions. As a mortal...same thing.

Food: Unfortunately, while Thor doesn't need to eat often, when he does, he has to eat a lot, due both to his dense body and the fact that he has no access to the only food that can easily sate his appetite, Asgardian foods like the apples of Idunn. So, anyone who is Thor's roommate might want to stock up on a lot of paopu ice cream. And tons of coffee, as he's started liking that.

Unworthy/Mortal: At the current moment, Thor is a fallen god. He is unworthy to wield Mjolinir and thus, cannot access his thunder powers or become a god again until he has proven himself. Until then, he is, for all intents and purposes, powerless and can be injured and killed (mostly, see his strengths for what still can't/won't easily do that) like normal humans can be.

Background: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thor_%28film%29
Appearance: http://movies.yahoo.com/photos/movie-stills/gallery/2588/thor-stills#photo19
Personality: Thor is...well, Thor. He's brash, arrogant, implusive, and itching for a fight. Sort of. He's not quite the god he once was, and not just because he lost his powers.

Basically, Thor used to be an extremely arrogant, vain, and cruel boy, as his father dubbed him. He believed that a king's job was to be a warrior and to smash up his enemies and kill those who stand in his way, and to get his way all the time and to beat up anyone who disagreed. And, despite his father's attempts to make him understand that that wasn't exactly a king's job, it was difficult doings. After all, Thor was practically the heir growing up, was pampered and spoiled by this knowledge, and was the holder of Mjolinir, a weapon unmatched by any other. As a result Thor became extremely egotistical and proud, believing he knew what was best, not caring what anyone else thought so long as he got what he wanted. If it meant yelling, threatening, attacking and insulting people, throwing things around, or disobeying his own father, so be it. He was, after all, entitled to what he wanted when he wanted it.

However, due to his exile on Earth, Thor is finally starting to learn that all actions - especially those of a king's - have consequences. First was when he attacked Jotunheim, dishonoring a millenium-long truce and opening Asgard to war. Then, once on Earth, he was nearly arrested several times, and then learned that his actions caused Loki to ascend the throne (and was also told that Odin died due to Thor's actions breaking his heart; though this latter part would turn out later to be untrue, Thor currently believes his father is dead and his mortal exile is parmanent). Also the fact he is unable to life Mjolinir has made him realize (or at least believe) he truly is unworthy to ever return to to his home. It's humbled him quite a bit, making him realize that yes, his actions do affect others around him, and yes, that his father was right about discarding selfish ambitions - because it's not all about him. And, he still has a lot to learn - not just about himself, but about others around him.

Still, he's not eternally broody about his fate (thankfully, though of course he's not sure at all what he's going to do with himself at this point), and he was never entirely mean-spirited even in his worst moments. He's an Asgardian, raised by a wise king, after all, and he can be very brave, charming and chivalric. He speaks as an Asgardian should, is pretty simple and transparent, doesn't carry any kind of ulterior motives when doing...well, anything, and was taught that above all a king's word is his bond. So whenever Thor promises something, he means it and will literally uphold it forever, unless and until the other side breaks their oath. When he's given a task, he'll do it, straight away, since noble tasks are what the people after him and whatever allies he acquires will sing and tell stories about and that's how memories are kept alive in his culture. He believes in the way of the warrior, living and dying as nobly as one can (even as he realizes that he wasn't exactly living that way back home). And while he's still mostly foreign about the ways of mortals, he's thankfully no longer lording himself over them as THE SON OF ODIN!!!!!111. Instead he's actually trying to learn things from them, in order to fit in, because in his mind, he's now resigned to his fate. He's going to be mortal from now on, and there was no point being a dick to the people who are actually trying to help him. And just maybe he'll find some meaning to it.

Strengths: Bravery/Confidence: Thor literally is not afraid of anything. He's (usually) sure of himself, even as a mortal, and will do any task. Any. Task.

Chivalry: Thor is pretty chivalrous. He's a bit of the open-doors-for-ladies type of man. Also the ladies-can-kick-ass type of man, which, according to the movie, is apparently a progressive belief in Asgard, oddly enough.

Good guy: Thor is a good guy. He absolutely believes in the good guy ideals: truth, justice, wisdom, etc. And will absolutely side with the good guys and be their ally forever and ever and...until he dies.

Weaknesses: Brains: Again, his brains. Did we mention he's not the smartest person? Not that he's a complete idiot, but he tends to think a lot more with his fists than his mind, taking the simplest solutions first. He's trying to get better at this, but he's not exactly there yet.

Lying: As in he's really bad at it. He's always been a very forward person with pretty much everything, even telling complete strangers he's Thor.

Arrogance/Pride: Thankfully, this is not as bad as it was pre-exile. Nowhere near it. But Thor can still get carried away with it, on ocassion.

Human Culture: Thor pretty much knows nothing about it. Its customs and everything are practically foreign to him. Have fun trying to, say, explain the concept of munny, everyone!

Samples
Action/Journal Sample: [The comm cuts on - and shows a moogle. Who looks very, very panicked indeed.]

Help, someone help me, kupo! This new arrival just attacked my partner, and now he's--

[Cue a shadow. A rather large shadow. And the Moogle dropping the phone with a squeak. It clatters to the ground, still running, showing everything happening above it. That large shadow? Belongs to a very well-cut man with blond hair and beard, and with the clearest baby blue eyes anyone could possibly imagine. He bends down, his glowering expression boring into the moogle, making it shake with fear--

And then the man very delicately puts the moogle's injured partner on the ground, suddenly looking quite apologetic. Said injured moogle looks like he was just smashed into a wall; he's literally flat like a pancake at the moment.]

I...apologize, small creature. I thought you were the black demons attacking me once more.

AH!! I-I mean...k-kupo, no! We're not Heartless, we're Moogles!

Moo...gles...

[Durr what those. The man narrows his eyes in concentration, trying to process this information.]

Are you moogles native to the realm of New Mexico, then?

New Mexico? No, this is Traverse Town, kupo! Your world is...uh...

My world?

[It's really hard to break this kind of news to someone who looks this intimidating. And so the frightened moogle backs away from the very scary-looking man, who stands up. He looks around for a moment, before shouting in a clear, loud voice.]

Good people! If there be any around to hear me, I humbly apologize, but it is of great import!

I need transportation back to New Mexico, if this not be that realm. I must try and warn the people of this sudden scourge which attacked me and my friend unjustly. A horse will suffice, anything of that size will also do. I will...take an ow-toe mobile if need be. But I must leave.

[A pause.]

Also...if you know of a man named Erik Selvig...Dr. Erik Selvig, he was with me. He's...somewhat inebriated. I humbly ask you not attack him in such a state if he challenges you! He isn't-

[At this point the feed ends.]

RP Sample: The hammer was of good weight, and size. It was well-crafted, a fine specimen of weaponry. Thor knew in his hands, it would be a terror to behold, a scourge of Heartless and a weapon of righteousness. It would cause those behind the invasion to tremble, knowing who wielded it, knowing that it was Thor, son of Odin, who had slain countless enemies through countless millennia in countless-

"Kupo, please don't go yet! You have to pay for that!"

Thor looked at the moogle, confused, maybe slightly annoyed. The hammer was great, and he said he'd take it. What was wrong now? Then the moogle pointed to the pouch on his belt.

"Pay?" Confused, Thor slowly undoes the pouch and hands it to the moogle. "With this?"

"Only a little!" Several coins clinked as the moogle took some of the munny. "Thank you!"

Thor frowned as he looked at the bag, then at the moogle, then back at the bag. Then, finally, he left with a nod, not entirely sure what just happened. Pay? Pay with that pouch? Was it some kind of monetary thing he missed...?

At least with Mjolinir he didn't have to worry about that. Well...when he had Mjolinir. But, no matter how guilty he might have felt about it, Thor shook his head. He couldn't keep obsessing over it. He wasn't worthy of it. He was to remain human. That was that. But he still had to do something, even if he was just a mortal. He had to fight. He had to help these people return to their worlds. And - maybe - he could figure himself out later.

Have you read the rules & F.A.Q.s? Yes lol

And because we need this:

Character name: THOR
Canon Item/creature/whatever it is: MJOLINIR, THE HAMMER OF THOR
Specific properties/abilities: Mjolnir is a powerful god's weapon. Anyone who has it will gain the powers of Thor. But, it has Odin's enchantment on it, which only allows the "worthy" to possess Thor's powers. Being "worthy" means, at least from what can be ascertained in the movie, that one must have the true heart and soul of a king, a strong and selfless will, and be on the side of justice. Otherwise Mjolnir cannot be lifted. At all. By anyone. Not even another god can lift it and negate Odin's spell if they don't fit the criteria. So, before anyone goes around smashing people in the face with it, it's best to keep in mind that VERY few people in SK will actually be able to do lift it.

Also, while in the comics Mjolnir comes it does, like, everything, in the movie only the following powers were shown (many of which will be reduced in SK so people who do end up being worthy somehow aren't going around blowing up worlds) and so only the following can be accessed:

Weather Control: Mjolnir can manipulate the weather. Specifically it can manipulate thunder, lightning, storms and wind, creating them from absolutely nothing when needed, though in SK this power can only control weather over a limited area and not the entire world. Said weather can also be concentrated to a single point in order to create a very powerful, channeled attack on any object or person. Even when it is without an owner, it can create storms at random in its vicinity, which also can give those searching for Mjolnir a clue to its location.

Strength: Whoever holds Mjolinir will have their strength multiplied greatly.

Electricity Manipulation: Given that Mjolnir can create lightning, it makes sense that it can manipulate normal electricity. Just as a warning, "manipulating electricity" usually just means "things in the immediate area will short out and black out or reception gets wonky and snowscreen-like".

Energy deflection: Mjolinir can deflect energy blasts and attacks back at an attacker.

Flying: By twirling Mjolinir and hurling it - and holding on to the hammer's leather string while doing so - a person can fly. They can also control the direction and speed they are flying at while holding onto Mjolinir.

Link: Mjolinir will return to its owner, no matter what. Even if that owner is on another world. It will go through any barrier and fly right back to them.

Difficult to Destroy: Yeah. Good luck to any bad guys trying to destroy it. It is almost impossible to do.

Why do you want them to have this item? ONE DAY WHEN THOR PROVES HE IS WORTHY, HE MUST WIELD HIS HAMMER AND FIGHT THE HEARTLESS. Also, it will be interesting to see who else might be worthy of wielding Mjolinir and using it to fight while Thor is unable to.
Where will it appear and why? I don't know where it will appear. SOMEONE PICK A PLACE.
Anything extra? Nope!
