[Neliel can be found in the Battle Dome early today, preparing a new battle simulation. She's pretty involved in it so it would seems like it would be pretty easy to sneak up on her, but if anyone gets too close she'll turn her head pretty quickly ( Read more... )

Well, as I recall, I was able to deter everything my Uncle Cecil and his friends attacked me with, simply by spinning my hair around myself. I'm certain the wind helps.
