Sample Post for Etrigan/Jason Blood character
Jason Blood has, lately, only been traveling by ship.
The waves calm him, remind him of earlier times, earlier centuries. These days, ships are all about smoke and fog, but there is one thing that remains the same... the feeling that there is nowhere one has come from, nowhere one is going to. Just the ship, the life of the ship on the waves...
And the peace that, so often, he breaks on the mainland.
Something else he had forgotten about ships is that he feels alone. Etrigan for some reason does not bother him with his errant thoughts, his vile rhyming, quite so much when he is crossing over water. He spent a few years investigating that in the 1700's, he recalls, but found no reason why this should be except that the Demon is quite capricious.
Blood turns his attention to the matter at hand. He is coming to America, that much is clear. But the reason...?
