It's been a long time since I logged into LJ with the express purpose of updating my life. I used to think of writing entries as writing letters to friends. It always felt lovely. But now I have the same sort of longing without any of the skill, a skill that I suppose has mostly dwindled with age. As time to wonder gives way to paying bills and working eight hours and fretting over life goals, my ability to write here is just... not there no matter how much I desire it.
I'm not abandoning LJ by any means, and I still read my flist. But I have moved on to a different project that seems more appropriate for where I'm at.
