Goals

Sorry for the onslaught of posts recently. My recovery from my neck injury(well, it's an ongoing process, I still have some trouble sleeping due to discomfort and wake up alot during the night) has left me feeling much more positive. In the last two weeks, I have woken up early and gone to the gym for 30-60 minutes. I have also stocked my cubicle with healthy snacks and snack throughout the day on healthy things (apples, bananas, nectarines, unsalted nuts, SOME dark chocolate, yoghurt, organic string cheese, etc) to the point that I have as of today lost 7 pounds of the weight I've gained since getting injured. I also have upped my consumption of water instead of coffee, which is probably the real culprit... I looooooooove coffee, so that was hard. We'll see how long it lasts. :) I'm back to practicing WT with Nick, so that's good too. I missed being active!
