Joy and Bliss
Joy and Bliss. It rained again yesterday. That's three days of various amounts of rain in the last week. And today the weather is glorious: high of 75, low humidity, big white puffy clouds. I even mowed the lawn and did all that other usual yardwork that I haven't had to worry about in about a month due to the drought and heat. It was a nice way to spend a couple of hours in this great weather.
You know it's nice when you're willing to turn off the a/c, open the windows and let some air in the house. Not even the knowledge that W is going to select at least one Supreme Court judge can turn my smile into a frown. Besides, this country gets what it deserves for having voted to put that asshole into office TWICE! Fuck America. Let the rein of religious intolerance begin!
