The good baker focuses on his baking, on doing the best job he
can. He doesn't need to look to his oven. He knows his bread and
biscuits are good. With his years of experience, with his focused
labor, he throws himself into his work, and trust that all will
be well.
For us, while we do not have the experience of that baker -- we
don't have his recipes, nor are we in this business -- we can
follow his example. Namely, we can LOOK to do what we need to do,
DO what we do with focus, to the best of our abilities, and TRUST
Hashem that what needs to be will be.
Then, even when our efforts do not produce what we hoped they
would produced, all will be well. Even when we do not receive
what we wanted and prayed for, we will trust, understand and
accept that what Hashem gives us is always for our best. With
this attitude, we will go onto our next project with enthusiasm
and energy.
