EDIT:: Specifically it was the Know Your Enemy post that caught my attention. His notes exactly parallel my rantings/ramblings on the subject: Just replace Access-A-Ride with WheelTrans, Town Car with the generic BMW, Fresh Direct with Toronto Parks&Rec or any landscaper, and Food Delivery Bike with Rookie/Wannabe Courier and you've got Toronto.
