You cannot breathe through the glass

Though it mists and steams

Veiling you from view

As a forest to the hidden stream

One day to be reveled

Before gasping eyes

That cower and mock

Fright, their disguise

Though water obscures the vision

You remain

As the day I dreamt you

A far cry from remains

I will resist the urge

You wish I felt

Whispers to nothing particular

Fade by the dimming days

And as the sun sets upon your darkness,

Hold close those flailing rays

Resistance is futile

With your arms up in the air

And as your moans resonate

They can clearly hear your despair

The roars tumble past the window

As the terror shades your eyes

Huddling in the corner

They no longer need your faulted disguise

So as the armor fails

Hissing in the fire

You can no longer look upon them

Simple call them sire….
