(no subject)
Yesterday i watched Garden State , it was good, but i don't get what all the fuss is about, to be honest.
I have nothing else to write really. Except the new series of that 70s' show is not as good as the old ones, i'm annoyed at Sky one for stopping showing scrubs at One o'clock, Room raiders has awful people on it but i still like it and i have watched way too much TV recently.
I need to start reading books off my reading list for uni. So far i have read One. hmm. I've just ordered a book called The prospect before her: History of Women in Western Europe 1500-1800 It does sound quite interesting. I may have to stop reading my book about London. So far i have only read one chapter and it is extremely detailed, quite interesting though;
In 1690, the remains of a mammoth were found beside what has since become Kings cross.... Hippopotami and elephants lay beneath Trafalgar square, lions at charing cross, and buffaloes beside St Martin-in-the-fields. A brown bear was discovered in north woolwich, mackerel in the old brick field of holloway and sharks in Brentford. - Peter Ackroyd
I am least impressed by the mackerel. But dude ; Buffaloes beside st martin in the fields!!!
